Additional Late Exhibition Fee (after May 4, 2001):

Conference Registration Fee:

150 USD

To secure an exhibition stand, complete and return this form to Agnes Vajda, Exhibition Coordinator via e-mail or fax at the address below.

Upon receipt of the completed Exhibition Space Booking Form, we will issue an invoice in US dollars. Payment to OSEAS-Europe can be made through a wire transfer or through check payment. Payments should be completed 30 days from the date of the invoice, otherwise the stand reserved will be released for re-booking.

For logistical reasons, please note that no registration and payment will be accepted after the final cut-off deadline of June 18, 2001, or from the time when all available exhibition stands are booked.

Upon receipt of payment, an information package will be sent to all registered exhibitors with additional information about hotel reservations, shipment of materials, and local tourist information. Please note that all local arrangements will be handled by a local Nicosia-based conference agency.

Conference registration forms will be made available on the OSEAS-Europe conference website in February, 2001.
