• Exhibiting at the 7^th OSEAS-Europe Conference is a cost-effective opportunity to reach U.S. educational advisers - and via the advisers, the NIS, European and Israeli public interested in U.S. educational opportunities. The July 2001 conference will attract approximately 150 U.S. educational advisers and 50-100 representatives of U.S. international educational organizations, including U.S. colleges, U.S. admissions test administrators and exchange organizations.

• Promotion in printed publications and on the internet: All exhibitors will be listed in the conference brochure and on the conference website. As an extra benefit, a link to your website from the OSEAS-Europe conference homepage will be provided.
• College Fair: A half-day College Fair will be organized for the exhibitors in the United Nations buffer zone prior to the conference (on July 18, 2001). The College Fair will attract approximately 200-300 Turkish and Greek Cypriot students, parents and school counselors.
• Outreach presentations and other interactive sessions with advisers : Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to address advisers from different OSEAS-Europe regions in special sessions so as to able to focus on the specificity of each of the markets the advisers represent and to employ adequate marketing strategies.

• Raffle drawings: As an extra promotional opportunity for exhibitors, NAFSA-style raffle drawings will be organized on several occassions during the conference, during coffee breaks. In addition, exhibitors will be welcome to organize their own raffle drawings during coffee breaks as many times as they wish.

• Free exhibition stand for major sponsors!! Major sponsors will be given a free exhibition stand at the conference as part of their sponsorship recognition package. The conference will be held at the Hilton Cyprus in Nicosia, Cyprus. Ballroom A, one of the most elegant and spacious rooms of the Hotel, will be the site of the conference exhibition hall. In order to facilitate communication betwe en exhibitors and conference participants, all coffee breaks will take place in Ballroom A. The exhibition hall will be adjacent to Ballroom B & C, which will accommodate the plenary sessions and lunches.

• A desk, two to three chairs, a poster board, pins and a sign will be provided for all exhibitors. Desks close to power outlets are available for booking in a limited number on a first come first served basis.

• arrive on Tuesday, July 17 or in the morning of Wednesday, July 18, 2001;
• College Fair in the UN buffer zone in the evening of Wednesday, July 18, 2001;
• Exhibition Area setup at the Hilton Cyprus in the evening of Thursday, July 19, 2001;
• official opening of exhibition area in the morning of Friday, July 20, 2001;

• Country Fair and special sessions (to be scheduled in March, 2001)

Note: Information about local tourist sights, and pre-/after-conference tours will be sent to all exhibitors later (see Additional Information section).

The exhibition area will be open to conference participants during all conference lunch and coffee breaks (July 20-21-22, 2001), and during selected additional times during the conference (to be announced in March 2001).

The deadline for booking an exhibition space is May 4, 2001. For logistical reasons, no registration and payment will be accepted after the final cut-off deadline of June 18, 2001, or from the time when all available exhibition stands are booked.

Payment will be refunded in full if a registration cannot be accepted or if, for any reason, the conference is cancelled by OSEAS-Europe. In any other event, should you decide to withdraw your application, the following refund schedule will apply:

Conference registration forms will be made available on the OSEAS-Europe conference homepage in February 2001.

Hotel reservations, as well as other local logistical arrangements, will be handled by a Nicosia-based local conference agency. (See also Additional Information below.)

Special room rates: Single and double rooms at the Hilton Cyprus, Nicosia will be available for exhibitors at the discounted conference rate. Exhibitors interested in booking executive rooms or suites will be given special rates as well.

Executive rooms and suites are available in a limited number only. Therefore, they will be booked on a first come first served basis.

Upon receipt of the Exhibition Space Booking Form and payment (an invoice will be issued immediately after you return the completed Exhibition Space Booking Form), an information package will be sent to all exhibitors with regard to conference and hotel reservations, shipment of materials, local tourist sights, and other relevant information.
